The Scotland Men’s National Team has included Sporting Kansas City forward Johnny Russell on the roster for a pair of UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying matches. Russell has become a regular in the squad since joining Sporting KC.
Russell will leave to join the Scotland squad after Sporting KC’s final regular season match at FC Dallas on Sunday.
Scotland will play Group I opponent Russia on Thursday, Oct. 10 at Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow with a 1:45 p.m. CT kickoff. Scotland lost 2-1 to Russia in Glasgow on September 6th.
