It’s been a season full of milestones for Jaylin Lindsey and Wan Kuzain Wan Kamal, and today it was announced that the two could add yet another “first” to their running list of career accomplishments after being named to the fifth annual 2018 MLS Homegrown Game roster.
The two young stars will be heading down to Atlanta for the game, which will be played against the Tigres UANL U-20 team July 31 (7 p.m. CT) at Children’s Healthcare of the Atlanta Training Ground.
As the third-youngest player in Sporting KC history to sign an MLS contract at only 17-years-old last September, Lindsey, now 18, has wasted no time proving to manager Peter Vermes that he belongs not only on the field, but in the starting lineup as well.
