The 2016 MLS SuperDraft is right around the corner, with round one starting on January 14, 2016. Sporting Kansas City have three picks available over the four round draft. Their second round pick was dealt to the Columbus Crew for former goalkeeper and current commentator, Andy Gruenebaum (whoops!).
There is always the possibility that more draft picks will be acquired before the final roster is set, as there is a plethora of players at the left back role and one would assume they won’t all be on the team come March. At this point, we’ll just focus on the first round picks.
