Sporting Kansas City’s Homegrown players are returning home, at least for now. Both Erik Palmer-Brown and Daniel Salloi were on loan and those loans are now over.
Salloi, the International Homegrown forward was originally loaned to Sporting KC’s USL team, the Swope Park Rangers where he scored four goals and three assists in ten appearances. Salloi was then loaned to Hungarian side Vasas SC but quickly moved to Gyirmot SE under former SKC Academy coach István Urbányi.
Salloi struggled with a back injury but scored twice for newly promoted Gyirmot SE, leading the team in goals during his time there.
