The offseason is in full swing for most American clubs, and while some players are no looking for new clubs, others are signing new contracts. Former Sporting Kansas City first round pick, Amadou Dia is one who has a new contract, re-signing with USL side, Phoenix Rising for the 2018 season. Dia played in 22 games for Phoenix, starting 22 of them in 2017, and scoring two goals.
In other news, former draft pick, Stefan Antonijevic and his club in Norway, Lillestrom, just won the Norweigen cup, with a 3-2 win in the final over Sarpsborg 08.
