Two of the top FIFA players in the world will represent Sporting Kansas City in the 2021 FIFAe Club World Cup on Thursday and Friday.
Alekzandur, a longtime eMLS competitor who enters his third season with Sporting in 2021, will be joined by Lamps in a push to become the ultimate 2021 FIFAe Club World Cup champions.
Alekzandur and Lamps will comprise Sporting’s two-man team in the Qualification Stage, where they will go head-to-head with some of the world’s most competitive verified teams. Following multiple qualification rounds that stretch into January, the 2021 FIFAe Club World Cup Finals will take place later next year with more details to be announced soon.
