Across State Lines: Wolff a Candidate to Replace Berhalter

The US Men’s National team has a new head coach, with Columbus Crew manager, Gregg Berhalter being officially named the new coach this week. That leaves an opening at the Crew for a new coach. One of the candidates is Berhalter’s assistant in Columbus, and former Sporting Kansas City forward, Josh Wolff. Wolff has spent five years in Columbus as an assistant after starting his coaching career as an assistant with DC United. It’d be Wolff’s first head coaching job if he gets the job, though former Portland Timbers head coach, Caleb Porter is also a candidate for the job and coached at the nearby University of Akron.
