Southern Miss hired Tulane offensive coordinator and Mississippi native Will Hall to be its next football coach Tuesday.
Hall has experience playing and coaching football in Mississippi and across the southeast. He's the son of Mississippi high school football coaching legend Bobby Hall and has since worked as a Division II head coach and an FBS offensive coordinator.
At 40 years old, Hall is an ascendant young name in college coaching with an offensive background who will attempt to lead Southern Miss back to the top of Conference USA.
