HATTIESBURG — Southern Miss football is set to begin preseason practice this week.
The Golden Eagles report on Thursday, with the first practice scheduled for Friday as Will Hall embarks on his second season at the helm of the Southern Miss program.
Here are three storylines to follow throughout the preseason.
1. The Golden Eagles' new-look offensive line
Southern Miss revamped its offensive line from both a personnel and coaching perspective over the offseason.
Sam Gregg entered the fold to be the program's new offensive line coach and offensive coordinator (Will Hall will still call the plays), replacing Jeremy Darveau, who coached the line and coordinated the run game in 2021.
