The Southern Miss football team will play Tulane in the Armed Forces Bowl.
The game will take place at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 4 in Forth Worth, Texas. The game will be aired on ESPN.
Southern Miss finished 7-5 overall and 5-3 in Conference USA. Tulane had a 6-6 overall record and was 3-5 in the American Athletic Conference.
The Golden Eagles has lost their last two games of the season, while Tulsa has dropped three straight games and five of its last six.
