The Golden Eagles moved one game above .500 after Saturday’s 28-17 road win over ULM. It was a game that didn’t produce any significant red flags.
Well — maybe one. A yellow one. But we’ll get to that later. For now, let’s tackle a few of the high notes.
A — Ito Smith. He’s baaaaaaaack. The senior running back rattled off a career-high 219 yards (the third-most by any Southern Miss senior) on 27 carries and threw in a touchdown.
