Conference USA play on the road has translated into success for the Southern Miss baseball team in 2017.
Through three road league series, the Golden Eagles hold an 8-1 record which includes series wins at Louisiana Tech, WKU and Rice.
Looking to keep that streak alive this weekend, Southern Miss travels to Murfreesboro, Tennessee, for a three-game C-USA series at Middle Tennessee. Game times are 6 p.m. for the opener Friday night at Reese Smith, Jr. Field, followed by a 4 p.m. contest Saturday and the series finale at 1 p.m. Sunday. All three games can be heard on the Southern Miss IMG Sports Network with the broadcast time set for 15 minutes prior to the first pitch each day.
