Hosting an NCAA Tournament Super Regional for the first time ever, it was always going to be tough to wrangle a Southern Miss baseball ticket.
Add an in-state foe like Ole Miss into the equation and it becomes even more difficult.
The Golden Eagles are quickly approaching a sellout for the three-game series beginning Saturday through their season ticket holders and Eagle Club members, according to a USM spokesman.
There have also been 600 tickets allocated to Ole Miss fans.
As of Wednesday morning, there were no publicly available tickets listed on the athletic department website.
