LSU's Josh Pearson drove in Josh Stevenson in the bottom of the 10th inning to defeat Southern Miss baseball on Saturday night in the NCAA Tournament Hattiesburg Regional.
LSU defeated USM 7-6.
Stevenson reached base via a hit by pitch. He advanced to second base on a walk by Dylan Crews. Stevenson went to third base when Jacob Berry hit into a fielder's choice.
That put Stevenson on third base for Pearson's at-bat.
