Southern Miss football coach Will Hall landed his third in-state wide receiver commitment with the commitment of Madison Central's Isaiah Spencer on Monday.
The three-star recruit is the No. 23 recruit in the state and No. 155 wide receiver nationally, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. Spencer also received offers from Coastal Carolina, Alcorn State and Alabama A&M among others.
Spencer led the Jaguars with 47 catches for 1,018 yards and 12 TDs last season. Madison Central finished 13-1 and defeated Brandon 24-17 in the MHSAA Class 6A championship in December. The senior finished with four catches for 95-yards and two TDs in the title game victory.
