The Louisiana Tech men's basketball program announced minutes before Thursday night's game against Southern Miss that Jace Bass "will no longer be with the program."
The 6-foot-3, 165-pound Bass joined the LA Tech men's basketball program this season after two seasons at Long Beach City College in Long Beach, California.
Bass' hometown is Carson, California.
"Head coach Eric Konkol announced Thursday that junior Jace Bass will no longer be with the program," said a tweet from Louisiana Tech at 5:41 p.m. CT on Thursday.
