FINAL: Southern Miss will play Sunday afternoon for its season after a 10-1 loss to Arkansas on Saturday night.
The Golden Eagles got two hits and one walk in eight innings against Arkansas starter Kacey Murphy, and USM's starter, Stevie Powers, did not make it out of the second inning.
USM will play Dallas Baptist, which it beat Friday night, at 2 p.m. Sunday in a regional elimination game. If the Golden Eagles win they'll come back and play Arkansas again at 7 p.
