The Southern Miss baseball team has to replace many key contributors from last season, including the program's all-time home run leader, Matt Wallner.
Starting catcher Bryant Bowen opted to spend his last season of eligibility at the University of South Carolina, and the Golden Eagles also lost 10 seniors in 2019.
"We're eager to go out there and make our own name this year," Southern Miss head baseball coach Scott Berry said. "With a new team, a new challenge and really a new job."
