Wolves picked up their first win of the season as the scraped past a spirited Southampton side at the Molineux Stadium.

Daniel Podence gave his side the lead in the final moments of the first half after his bobbled shot bounced over Gavin Bazunu.

The Saints pushed for an equaliser in the second half and Che Adams came close on two occasions, having one ruled out for handball and another hit the crossbar.
