Tottenham's worst fears were confirmed on Friday when star man Harry Kane was ruled out for up to eight weeks with a torn hamstring.
The England captain now looks set to miss Tottenham's Champions League return next month as well as key Premier League clashes against Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea.
Spurs confirmed Kane suffered a tear to his left hamstring in their New Year's Day defeat at Southampton.
