Southampton legends Matt Le Tissier and Francis Benali to become football agents and aim to bring 'first-class services to players and their families'

Southampton favourites Matt Le Tissier and Francis Benali will become football agents after launching their own management company.

The pair have set up 73 Management and believe they can represent players for the good of their careers rather than to look for easy-money deals.

Former England international Le Tissier, Southampton's second-highest scorer, said: 'We're really looking forward to introducing our first-class services to players and their families.

Le Tissier is keen to mentor players and help them make decisions for the good of their careers

Benali was keen to point out that 'our advice will be based on what is best for our players'

'Francis and I are keen to use our in-depth knowledge of the game, both from our playing days and subsequent coaching and media work, to mentor players and help them make the right decisions for their football careers.
