Ryan Bertrand is to leave Southampton at the end of the season after seven years on the south coast.
The 31-year-old finds himself out of contract this summer and Southampton confirmed on Wednesday that the left back will depart as a free agent.
'Everyone associated with Southampton would like to thank Ryan for his contribution to the history of the club, and for all the memories he has helped create for our fans,' a statement read.
'He will forever be welcome at St Mary's and Staplewood and will always be a Saint.
