All three sides in danger of relegation will be shown live on TV, after the Premier League announced the picks for the final round.
Two of Everton, Leeds and Leicester will join Southampton in being relegated, with the battle to go to the final day after the Foxes drew 0-0 with Newcastle on Monday night.
Sky Sports will broadcast Everton's home game with Bournemouth and Leicester's clash with West Ham at the King Power Stadium, while BT Sport will show Leeds against Tottenham at Elland Road.
All 10 of the top flight's final day fixtures kick off at 4:30PM on Sunday afternoon.
