Parcel farce! I work at an animal rescue and we've received 100 parcels from a mystery sender - we're sick of it

An animal rescue centre appears to be the target of a bizarre prank - after being sent tens of 'mystery' parcels filled with obscure items of rubbish.

Second Chance Animal Rescue in Southampton, Hampshire, revealed they have received more than 100 'strange' parcels over the course of nine months.

The rescue centre has been swamped with packages containing items of litter - namely bubble wrap, empty bottles, discarded crisp packets and tissue paper.

Staff had initially suspected they were the 'butt of some joke or prank' but have exhausted how they have become 'really sick of it.
