Liverpool's £15m rated full-back defender Neco Williams is a target for Nottingham Forest but Fulham, Southampton and PSV Eindhoven have also made offers.
The 21-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Fulham, and delivered a number of impressive performances to help the Cottagers gain promotion to the Premier League.
Williams has since returned to Anfield, but his chances of getting more game time have been dented by the Reds bringing in Calvin Ramsay from Aberdeen.
The Scottish teenager now looks set to provide back-up for Trent Alexander-Arnold moving forward, which could open the door for Williams to leave permanently.
