Southampton thumped Newport County to book their place in the third round of the Carabao Cup with a rousing victory at Rodney Parade.
Ralph Hasenhuttl fielded a strong side for the Saints' trip to their League Two opponents and his selection paid off as Armando Broja opened the scoring on nine minutes, his first for the club since joining from Chelsea on loan.
Nathan Tella and Kyle Walker-Peters added to the visitors' tally before half time, while Mohamed Elyounoussi got in on the act after the break with a brace and Broja doubled his tally for the night, before Nathan Redmond scored to make it an unhappy night for the South Wales side.
