Mark Hughes has challenged his Southampton players to tap in to their boyhood dreams and lead the club to an FA Cup final by beating Chelsea on Sunday.
Hughes won four FA Cups as a player but this weekend marks the first time he will lead a team out at Wembley.
'They have the chance to go to a final, that should be the motivation,' Hughes said.
'As a kid, that was one of my main goals.
