'He risks not fulfilling his great talent': Former England fast bowler Gladstone Small urges Jofra Archer to maintain his hunger after breaking Covid-19 protocols ahead of second Test against West Indies

Gladstone Small has openly questioned Jofra Archer’s hunger after the England bowler breached Covid-19 protocols by driving home in between the first two Test matches against West Indies.

Archer was kicked out of the England team for the second Test at Old Trafford, which started on Thursday, after he made a near 100-mile detour to his flat in Hove, East Sussex as the players travelled from Southampton to Manchester.

The Test series is being played within strict bio-secure protocols and Archer’s journey, apparently to visit his girlfriend, broke the rules.
