Graham Potter has spoken of his excitement about the off-field overhaul Chelsea are carrying out.
After a string of high-profile departures during the summer, Chelsea have stepped up the rebuilding of the team that will support head coach Potter.
Chelsea this week confirmed the appointments of Laurence Stewart, from Monaco, as their new technical director while Joe Shields was named co-director of recruitment and talent and is set to join next year once he has seen out his notice period of a number of months at Southampton.

Brighton's head of recruitment Paul Winstanley is also expected to join Chelsea, potentially in a more senior sporting director role, with Kyle Macualay having already joined the Blues' new recruitment setup as one of the backroom staff to follow Potter from the Amex.
