Aston Villa have agreed a £30million deal for Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey and will make a renewed bid to sign James Ward-Prowse from Southampton.
The fee for 23-year-old Bailey will involve add-ons also as Leverkusen had been pushing for £35m for the Jamaican flyer.
Talks advanced quickly for Bailey who had previously been valued at £60m amid interest from Chelsea and Manchester City. He is due to become a Villa player this week pending a medical on Sunday.

Villa are in the process of losing captain Jack Grealish to Manchester City after they triggered his £100m clause and have been trying to strengthen their squad to cope with his departure.
