TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 25, 2021 – University of South Florida women's soccer junior Sydny Nasello was named the American Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced on Monday.
Nasello (Land O' Lakes, Fla.) tallied a pair of goals against Cincinnati in USF's home regular-season finale. It was the juniors fourth career game with multiple goals and second of the season. The pair of goals also gave her sole possession of seventh on USF's all-time goals list with 23.
Vivianne Bessette (Montreal, Quebec, Canada) was also named to the conference's weekly honor roll.
