EL PASO, Texas, December 10, 2023 –The University of South Florida volleyball team's (22-12, 13-6 AAC) amazing season has come to an end in the NIVC Semifinals after a sweep by the University of Texas-El Paso (25-9, 11-5 CUSA) on Sunday afternoon.
The Bulls lost with scores of 14-25, 24-26, 13-25.
Buse Hazan (Istanbul, Turkey) led the team with 11 kills and two service aces. Maria Clara Andrade (Sao Paulo, Brazil) also had two service aces. Miya Thomas (Gainesville) led with 12 digs.
The Bulls finished their season with 22 wins, the most wins in a season since 2002.
