PROVIDENCE, R.I., Oct. 7, 2019 – Two members of the women's soccer team won American Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors after the Bulls swept a trip to Texas. Evelyne Viens was named offensive player of the week while Sabrina Wagner was named defensive player of the week after a 3-1 win over Houston on Oct. 3 and a 1-0 victory against SMU on Oct. 7.
Senior forward Viens (L'Ancienne-Lorette, Canada) scored three goals and added an assist during last week's games. She recorded points on each of the Bulls' four goals across the two games.
