TAMPA (September 14, 2020) – University of South Florida men's soccer standout Javain Brown has been named Preseason Third Team All-America by College Soccer News. Brown is one of just five players from the American Athletic Conference selected to the three teams.
A redshirt sophomore from Kingston, Jamaica, Brown headlines a stingy defensive corps that will be a force when the Bulls hit the pitch this upcoming season. Brown helped to guide USF's 2019 back line that allowed only 1.26 goals per game on the year, which was tied for third best in The American, and five clean sheets.
