TAMPA, JAN. 8, 2015 – The USA Softball Women’s National Team announced its 18-player roster on Friday afternoon and just like past years, USF is well represented. The 18-player Women’s Elite Team was also announced.
Bulls’ head coach Ken Eriksen will lead the Red, White and Blue for the sixth straight year after helping guide the team to a second-straight World Cup of Softball title in 2015.
"The next step is taking this group of 36 athletes and continue to develop them to be a mature group of ball players that can understand the international game and its strategies," said Eriksen in USA Softball’s official release.
