TAMPA – University of South Florida head volleyball coach Courtney Draper and her staff announced the signing of Claire Embry to a National Letter of Intent to begin play with the Bulls in the fall of 2016.
A McKinney, Texas native, Embry set a career-high with 497 kills for the Lions in 2014, earning her the District 10-5A Attacker of the Year Award. The outside hitter also played for the MadFrog Volleyball Club where her team qualified for the Junior Olympics at the highest level (17 Open) and finished 25th in the country.
