TAMPA, March 12, 2019 – USF shut out Colgate twice in Tuesday's doubleheader, walking off in the bottom of the eight inning for a 1-0 win in the second game.
USF kicked off the night scattering eight hits to take down the Raiders 4-0 in the first game of the night, before battling to the eighth inning in the second game. Sophomore Georgina Corrick (Sanford, Fla.) pitched six innings in her 11th straight win (11-1), and senior Cheyenne Eggens (Vienna, Ohio) sealed the win with three outs in the seventh.
