TAMPA, FLA. Jan. 7, 2020 – USF Softball was selected to finish first in The American by the conference's coaches, the league announced Tuesday. This is the second year in a row that the team has been selected as the preseason favorite in the coaches' poll.
USF received six first-place votes and 48 points to earn the top spot in the poll. Returning to the Bulls this season include all-conference team members AnaMarie Bruni, Brooke Hartman and Meghan Sheehan, as well as two-time AAC Pitcher of the Year and All-American Georgina Corrick.
