Tampa, Fla., January 30, 2022 – The University of South Florida men's and women's cross-country teams were recognized by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) as an All-Academic Team.
In order to qualify for the honor, teams must have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. The Bulls were one of the 168 programs that earned the all-academic distinction from the Association after both teams earned a 3.56 combined GPA.

The USF Cross Country team has earned 2 All-America selections, Christina Benton in 2002 and Gray Mavhera in 1994.
