TAMPA, May 4, 2025- The University of South Florida baseball team (24-21; 12-9 American) fell to the UTSA Roadrunners (37-10, 18-3 American) on Sunday afternoon with a final score of 3-2.
South Florida is still in second place in the AAC standings, tied with Florida Atlantic. FAU is currently playing Tulane. The Bulls are six games behind the UTSA Roadrunners.
Junior right-hander delivered a gritty start for the Bulls (24–21, 12–9 AAC), going seven innings while allowing just two earned runs on seven hits, striking out three and walking one across 103 pitches. He was backed by a solid defensive effort that included two double plays.
