TAMPA, March 3, 2023 – (Ponce, Puerto Rico) hit her first career home run in the University of South Florida softball team's 8-0 win over the Rhode Island Rams on Friday night in five innings.
(Trenton) and (Wesley Chapel) got on base by a Rams error and a hit-by-pitch. With two on, Ortiz-Martinez stepped up to the plate and knocked the ball out of park for her first career home run.
In the third inning, Bryant hit her first triple of the season and came home on a single from (Fort Myers).
USF had no intentions of slowing down.
