Tampa, Fla. Nov. 8, 2023 – South Florida women's basketball head coach Jose Fernandez has announced the addition of two signees on Wednesday afternoon.
Amy Thompson and Yana Karamfilova will join the Bulls in the fall of 2024.
Amy Thompson comes to Tampa Bay from Stillwater, Minn. The guard attended Stillwater Area High School and played for the Minnesota Fury Club team. While playing for the Ponies, Thompson has earned a handful of accolades, including All-Conference honors (sophomore and junior years) and an All-State honorable mention at the conclusion of the 2022-23 campaign.
