Simpson, Skeete Lead Bulls to Shutout Win

DALLAS (Nov. 3, 2015)— Semifinal bound.

With a 3-0 win over No. 7 Memphis, the second-seeded USF women’s soccer team advanced to the semifinals of the American Athletic Conference tournament in dominating fashion.

Taking a 1-0 lead into halftime, USF used two second half goals from senior Jackie Simpson to push past the Tigers and earn the team’s 11th shutout of the season.

Just over a minute into the second half, Simpson, the 2015 American Defensive Player of the Year, recorded her third goal of the season to give USF a 2-0 lead.
