According to Bulls247’s (and TDS alum) Will Tuner, South Florida Bulls head coach Jeff Scott has picked redshirt sophomore quarterback Jordan McCloud to start the 2020 season versus The Citadel on Saturday.
McCloud took over last year after incumbent quarterback Blake Barnett was largely ineffective in two games. The Tampa native showed promise early in the season before he battled through the rest of the year with a bad wrist and shoulder. His performance, as well as the team’s suffered significantly as the Bulls limped to a 4-8 record.
