Shortly after midnight, a police officer arrived at a rowdy street party after a getting a complaint about a reckless driver doing doughnuts.
Officer Anthony Pacetti was alone, no backup.
Within minutes, according to police reports and a video recording, he was shouting profanities at several young men suspected of throwing rocks at his police cruiser.
"One of these little p------ out here are throwing rocks at my car?" he yelled. "I am about to start throwing some f------ people's teeth on the ground!"
The episode, a little more than two years ago, resulted in a man being Tasered twice and arrested.
