A former Boynton Beach plastic surgeon who lost his license to practice medicine seven years ago remained jailed in Broward County on Tuesday, charged with a botched surgery that left a man with a deformed penis and unable to have sex.
Mark David Schreiber, 60, was arrested at his home in Tamarac on Friday. He is being held without bond on a charge of unlicensed practice of health care causing serious injury.
In his home, investigators found home breast implants and other items indicating "he may have been doing clandestine surgeries on other people who don't know or who don't care about his history," said Sgt.
