Two girls who went missing from a Stuart water park were found Thursday — one in a Lantana motel with a man and another after she had been run over by a car and left severely injured, police said.
Avian Jackson, 22, of Lantana, is accused of exploiting the girls to use as prostitutes, according to a Boynton Beach police arrest report.
The girls, both 15, were seen on surveillance video June 6 as they left the Sailfish Splash Waterpark in Stuart while on a field trip. The Sun Sentinel is not identifying the girls due to their ages and the nature of the crime.
