Previously USF was ranked 23rd by Athlon and 21st by ESPN's "Way-Too-Early Top 25", giving the Bulls' their first preseason top 25 rankings in school history.
The Bulls are expected to be named in every preseason poll this season, returning all five starters from last year's Top 25 team, and adding freshman sharpshooter Kitija Laksa to replace a graduated Tamara Taylor.
