Laksa leads No. 15 South Florida women past Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Freshman Kitija Laksa hit seven 3-pointers and scored 29 points, Courtney Williams added 20 points, her fifth-straight game with at least 20, and No. 15 South Florida rolled to an 88-49 win over Central Florida on Sunday.

Shalethia Stringfield added 13 points, six rebounds, six assists and four steals, while Laura Ferreira had 14 points for the Bulls (13-5, 6-2 American), who trailed 14-11 after one quarter.

Stringfield's basket a minute into the second quarter put South Florida up for good and started a 14-2 run, capped by Laksa's 3 that made it 30-19 2:17 before the half.
