TAMPA (Oct. 16, 2015)— On day two of the ITA Southeast Regional, four Bulls found their way into the quarterfinals of doubles play, while one advanced to the quarterfinals in the singles competition.
Roberto Cid defeated Alfredo Perez of Florida, 6-2, 7-6, to advance to the round of 16. The junior then topped another Gator, Joshua Wardell, 6-2, 6-0, to move on to the quarterfinals. Cid will face Benjamin Lock of FSU in the quarterfinals Sunday morning.
Dominic Cotrone advanced to the round of 16 after topping UNF’s Jonathan Deautriell, 6-0, 6-2, but could not advance to the quarterfinals with Cid.
